Exchanges

We strive for perfection in every stitch. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 3 days of receiving your product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • With all original tags and labels intact.
  • In its original premium packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made or tailored couture pieces.
  • Items purchased during a promotional sale.
  • Accessories and jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

4. The Process

To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the product. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
